The Financial Operations Group leads the center in the stewardship of resources. Our dedicated team of administrators collaborates closely with our Strategic Planning team and key department stakeholders to achieve the following objectives:
- Communication and execution of transactions in line with institutional and center policies
- Development of operational efficiencies for the benefit of our key stakeholders and in line with our internal controls
- Monitoring of departmental budgets to ensure adequate funds are available
- Maintain adequate financial records
While each organization is assigned a dedicated administrator, all team members can assist with inquiries as needed.
