The Strategic Planning Group plays a pivotal role in guiding the fiscal management of our centers through sound financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.  Our dedicated team of analysts collaborates closely with our Financial Operations team and key department stakeholders to achieve the following objectives:

• Long-range planning, culminating in a comprehensive five-year strategic plan.
• Annual budget development ensuring prudent fiscal management and alignment with the university’s and center’s overarching goals.
• Periodic forecasting to gauge progress against established goals and provide crucial insights for ongoing decision-making.
• Strategic solutions and recommendations to fortify the Center’s financial resilience and ensure its ability to thrive in an ever-changing business landscape.

While each organization is assigned a dedicated analyst, all team members can assist with inquiries as needed.
