For Students

At Penn, education is deeply connected to the creation of new knowledge. Our students and faculty create knowledge throughout campus – not only in laboratories, lecture halls, and libraries, but also in College Houses, in resource centers, on Locust Walk, and in the myriad programs that connect Penn teachers and learners to Philadelphia and the world beyond.

Penn’s undergraduate students have the opportunity to pursue nearly 100 majors across four schools. They also often engage across disciplines, forging new paths in research and scholarship.

Penn pioneered professional education in the U.S. and continues to set the pace today with outstanding graduate and professional programs.
