Teaching at Penn

Teaching is central to everything that happens at Penn, from classrooms and research labs to college houses, seminars, and dozens of informal settings across campus.

Teaching is also a key component of the commitment to integrating knowledge at the core of the Penn Compact. Penn’s Penn Integrates Knowledge professors are leaders in cross-disciplinary fields who hold joint appointments between two schools and actively engage the campus in cutting-edge interdisciplinary knowledge.
