Guidance for Faculty
There are legal requirements impacting what supervisors - as defined by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) - can say or do during a union organizing campaign. Because the NLRB considers many faculty members to be supervisors, the University has prepared guidance for faculty based on these legal requirements.
