On Tuesday, February 27th Provost Wendell Pritchett congratulated staff members on 10+ years of dedicated service to Penn.  The ceremony took place in Houston Hall, 2nd floor, Class of '49 Auditorium. 

Managing Temporary Workers

We are now using a new online proccess for engaging and managing a temporary worker during their assignment at UPENN.  You will access Acceleration VMS by using the AppleOne tile found in the Penn Marketplace. Please call our office, or email Jessica Lesovitz,, with any questions.  

2018 Background Checks

All staff that has direct contact with minors, on a regular basis, must undergo a series of background checks that are required by the State of Pennsylvania.  This includes all staff that is running summer programs / camps involving interaction with minors.  Please read the below attachments regarding this process.  If you have any questions please contact Jessica Lesovitz,
